Do not fear intrusive thoughts, intrusive images.
You know who you really are. God.
Intrusive thoughts are the ego mind playing games with you. That's it. They are a product of a natural defense mechanism, to keep you safe. So you can affirm that you are safe,secure, and protected.You are always on the happiest state of mind & all your thoughts are at peace.
your subconscious mind is very smart. It knows you more than anyone.
we’re constantly manifesting. we even manifest our states of being. If you fear your thoughts,you’re manifesting the fear of your unwanted thoughts manifesting.
Whenever you have those thoughts/images , if you keep telling your subconscious mind that it’s just an intrusive,unwanted thought and it isn’t real and it is just a fear, your subconscious mind will take it as it is. useless intrusive thoughts. That's it.
The fact that you know they are intrusive & are not real, your subconscious mind will take that in. Your subconscious isn’t stupid. It knows what you think and it knows how you feel about intrusive thoughts. If you keep telling yourself that you are scared of your intrusive thoughts manifesting, you are just going to keep manifesting more of that fear. The only thing you’re manifesting is fear. What you’re aware of and keep on being aware of, persists.
But the fact that you look at them as fearful thoughts, your subconscious mind will just take them as fearful thoughts and nothing more.
You can manifest another state of being by affirming that you are fearless & you are not afraid of what your mind throws at you.
Everything is neutral & meaningless. So it's not the thoughts themselves. It's the meaning we give them. Don't fuel them with meaning or feeling.
How could your own thoughts hurt you? Aren’t you the creator of them? Do thoughts have power on their own or you are the one who can give them power?
And you don't need to be afraid of anything.
There's no opponent in the game of life. There's nothing against you. There's no competition. There's only the goal.
So focus on what you want & If those unwanted thoughts pop up, gently go back to what you want,to the thoughts you want. Don't argue with them. Don't be afraid of them. Don't entertain them.
Thoughts just are. We label them. Observe them & don't absorb them. These things can hopefully help you take their power away:
Don't fight them.They're not against you.
I also mentioned another thing you can do in my previous post(talking directly to your sub mind).
You can hold your breath, 7 seconds in & 7 seconds out. You can do this until you feel more at peace.
meditate on the word "peace".
Also you can use EFT & release those thoughts/images.
Or you can imagine these unwanted thoughts, grab them gently, put them into a box, & let the box flow down a serene river, over a water fall and when it hits the bottom it burst into sparkles and they're all gone. Everytime you have these thoughts, do this.
you can name those thoughts, sth funny. I call them "shitfuckery" & it makes me laugh instantly. & that way you can take their power away.
They'll finally leave you. Everything is okay.

Let's look at manifesting this way which shows why NO ONE HAS FREE WILL EXCEPT YOU & why CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T MATTER.
This is YOUR reality.right? whenever you get worried or have doubts & fears, in your mind you feel that there is a possibility that you can fail.right?
BUT,Look at it this way:
There are infinite parallel realities. Creation is finished. That means every possible version of the past,of the present and of the future is already created. When you manifest something you quantum jump to a parallel reality where the thing that you want is already true,already exists.So you have infinite options. Infinite versions of your specific person exist in infinite different realities.
And through your thoughts YOU choose which reality YOU want to experience.
So YOU are the only person who has control over what reality YOU experience. So you are the only person that has free will. And as Neville says "free will actually means freedom to select any idea YOU desire. By assuming that idea already to be a fact it is converted into reality. It is a delusion that other than assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled you can do anything to aid the realization of your desire."
So the only thing you need to do is to match your thoughts, your beliefs,your inner conversations,your visualizations, etc with the reality that you want to experience. You only need to convince yourself that this desire is already yours. You only need to self-persuade because YOU are the only one you need to convince.
So instead of thinking you are changing that person,know that you are changing YOURSELF. YOU are changing YOUR thoughts so that YOU can experience a different reality with the version of that person that YOU want to experience & the version of yourself that you wanna be in that reality.
So there is basically no Circumstance at all because there are infinite parallel realities and there are infinite versions of yourself and infinite versions of your specific person & YOU are the one who choose which one you want to experience.
You are not creating anything.creation is finished.you are not changing any circumstance or any person.
by changing your thoughts you are jumping into the reality where the thing that you want already is a fact.
You are not changing anyone.
YOU are changing YOU.
And Neville also says "each assumption has its corresponding world".
And whenever you are affirming or doing inner conversations or scripting or visualizing anything, you are doing that FROM the reality that you want.
For Example whenever you say "so & so loves me,etc", you are thinking FROM the reality that your sp loves you. you quantum jump to the reality that in that reality your sp loves you and these are the thoughts that you have in that reality.
What would you be thinking if now in the 3D your sp was madly in love with you? You'd be thinking "my sp's madly in love with me". Right?
So you are affirming & claiming as true, the reality that you wanna experience.
And the more you do it,your new reality becomes natural to you and it will get pushed out and manifests.
So you are not changing anyone by affirming. you are changing your thoughts so that you jump into another reality where the thing that you want is already true and exists.
That's why YOU go within & change your thoughts.
That's why no one has free will.
That's why circumstances don't matter.
That's why what you want,wants you more.It only waits to be claimed,as Neville says.
That's why this game is all about YOU.

If you want something,you don't need anybody else to say 'YES'. Whatever you desire,it's already done. It's already yours.
You are the only cause. You don't have to ask for permission & NO ONE is gonna tell you 'no'.
You can trust your desire. It's already done.
It wants you too. It's coming to you.
No one can take it from you.
Nothing will obstruct it.
Everything is happening perfectly.
Your subconscious is unfolding everything perfectly.
Nothing can go wrong. Nothing is wrong.
There's nothing else to do. It's already yours.

GUYS, I have a tip to share with you.
You literally can manifest anything.
If you have negative/intrusive/opposing thoughts, first of all: THEY ARE POWERLESS. Don't even entertain them. They are lil clowns.
Secondly: you can have an inner conversation with your subconscious mind. Sth like:
You call your subconscious(you also can choose a name for it) like:
-Hey buddy?
And hear her/him/them answer like:
+yes master?(boss,God,Lord,whatever)
And tell her/him/them:
-from now on,I only want to have the thoughts that are in alignment with what I want(I hate this word but you know what I mean) or the thoughts that are only related to my desire,thoughts that are focused on the outcome I want. Happy, beautiful,glorious, golden, joyful thoughts. any other thought is irrelevant and they are not true.And I don't want them.
And hear your sub mind reply:
+Sure Lord.Your wish is my commamd. The whole world is at your command.
And at the end you can say:
"I LOVE YOU, Thank you" to your mind.
BECAUSE your subconscious & the whole World are your best friends.they have your back.you don't need to be afraid of your own thoughts. Or if they pop up and bother you, you can have inner convo with your mind as I said or have inner convo with each thought that is bothering you!
Or after saying each one of your affirmations, you can hear your subconscious tell you: sure master. It's done. It's happening. It's yours. Signed.
thoughts are coins of heaven. Invest your thoughts in what you want.

REMINDER
The fact that you're God & you create your reality & you're in total control & there's no one outside of you to manifest your desires because You are in 100% charge, doesn't mean that you need to obsessively micromanage 70,000 thoughts per day, and to affirm like a lunatic 24/7 up to the point that you're fuc*ing blue in the face & you even can't live your normal human life because you're afraid if you don't affirm a trillion times a day you're not gonna get your desires and if you don't do this or that technique your desire is gonna flee away so therefore you have to "PERSIST" until you have headaches & you check the 3D & say "I'm persisting. Where is it?" and try to make things happen fast in the 3D & force things in the 3D & fight every single thought and label them as negative and identify with them & get scared that what if they impress the subconscious and they manifest? And affirm nonstop to CHANGE your sp or a circumstance and to get fast RESULTS and don't allow yourself to get mad or sad or to cry and to have your human moments because if you do so you're not gonna get what you want,and turn your mind into a battlefield & cuss every "negative" thought and go into a panic mode that what if this or that thought manifests, yada yada yada.
Are you fu*king kidding me?! Are you serious?!
Conscious manifestation is not a struggle!
You are the operant power means that you DECIDE and CHOOSE what you want.
"Whatsoever things you desire,believe that you receive(d) them and you shall have them".
The law doesn't state if the society or other people or circumstances deem it right or wrong & then you should desire it. Do you want it?
There's a reason that you want it. It's meant for you. So, DECIDE that you have it right now.
If you were born and you had no limiting beliefs meaning that the society that you're living in didn't give you these preconceived notions since the time you were born & didn't tell you that you had to do this or that, you couldn't do that, if you didn't have these conditions attached to you that make you think the way that you do,who would you be?! who would you be if the society and your subconscious programming didn't tell you that you couldn't do/be/have what you want to be/do/have?!
Persisting(in the wish fulfilled) means ENJOY having your desire right now. Imagination creates reality it's not the other way around. What are you waiting to get from the 3D? It's simply your reflection!
Affirmations are there to remind you who you are, what is your new concept of yourself, who is this new version of you, and that your desire is yours. You don't affirm & persist so damn hard to change anything or anyone. You're reminding yourself of the new YOU. Of the you that already have it all & everything is working for you.
Your negative/intrusive thoughts,are just thoughts.all thoughts simply are.like the clouds in the vast sky. They are neutral.They are opposing to what you want to manifest, so you call them negative. That's it.They are not there to harm you. Stop being afraid of them.stop identifying with them.they are powerless. They are your thoughts. Your mind is yours, you are not its mind!
Being God means you are still, you are calm & collected & you know that you are in control. You let things flow to you not go after them or think they flee away.
You have an inner knowing, a conviction that your desire is already yours.NO MATTER WHAT.
When you know it, not a thing can disturb your knowingness.
You are not creating anything.Creation is done. All things are right here right now.
Decide what you want. Accept it as yours. It's yours now,it's always been yours. You don't need to wait.Instead of thinking It's gonna happen some day in the future, claim that it is here right now. It already is here.
There's no future. It's all the NOW.
With this knowing, let it unfold & flow to you in its beautiful way & now enjoy having it.

What you're seeing right now (in the 3D) is a reflection of your PAST thoughts.
3D is delayed.
What you're thinking RIGHT NOW in your mind, is the only reality that's happening right now, without delay! It's real.
And if you persist in these thoughts that you have right now, good or bad,they're gonna get pushed out in the physical realm !
So if you want a different outcome from now on, you have to change your thoughts right now so that you can get a new reflection!
And the 3D HAS TO catch up.
NOW is the accepted time. There's no past or future.
Every second is brand new.
That's why you have to ignore the f**king 3D and live in your mind.
What's happening right now in your mind is the ONLY reality!
There's no other reality!
Consciousness is the only reality.
3D is dead. It's not a reality !
Whenever you're reacting to it, you're reacting to sth dead! That YOU created it yourself with your previous thoughts!
What are you seeking in the 3D? What are you looking for?! It's an old movie that you've created!
Life is a psychological drama.it's all taking place in your own mind.nothing else.
You're acting as if that 3D bit*h is real !! And you totally forget you created it all !
And you totally forget that you're awakened!
You forget that now you know about the law and can have WHATEVER/WHOEVER you want!
You forget that you have the solution,the key to every locked door!
You're saying "I don't know what to do, so & so said this, This & that happened, What am I gonna do, I'm hopeless,etc etc etc".
You have to CHANGE YOUR FREAKING THOUGHTS.
That's all you need to do.
You don't need to launch a rocket into space!
Change the thoughts that you're consciously thinking.With repetition & persistence they're gonna go to your subconscious mind. And they will get pushed out & manifest.
Stop complicating this sh**.
There is no on-off button in the law of assumption.
you are always persisting in some assumptions and thoughts,whether they be negative and undesirable or they be positive & desirable.
there's no other way.
You either keep persisting or you don't get what you want.
But,if you get what you don't want, YOU created it. So anyways you're creating it all.
YOU create everything,and YOU can change everything.
YOU CAN'T GIVE UP.
So, keep persisting in the new story & you're gonna get what you want. It's inevitable.
