That boy is escaping from the private apartment section of the palace where the royal family members reside. It is closed to the public during tours. If someone is willing to climb out of the room naked and fall from such a height then is is reasonable to conclude that the activity in the room is more dangerous/heinous than the potential for injury and a quick death.

I remember a short clip on SwedishTV, probably borrowed from the BBC. I first thought it was a prank, but as the boy/man lost his grip I realized that this was real. One interesting remark I'd like do make is that I think that the film clip then was "inverted" that is it was a mirror image of what we can see on internet now. I don't see the significance of that, but still interesting!!
