Millikan technique, milk man technique, McGillion whatever the heck you want to name it, is not some new technique. In fact you all are grasping at straws.

It’s affirming while in SATS and if you’ve been following Sammy, she straight up talks about this in her earlier videos. (SATS - State Akin To Sleep)
If you follow anything Neville, it’s also called the lullaby method. Which is… wait for it… an affirming type we teach. Right here. Yes. On this page.
So instead of having the mods and coaches straight up have to debunk it. Let’s just start calling it what it is. Affirming while in SATS.

What is affirming in SATS? (AKA the lullaby method)
SATS is the state akin to sleep. It is a hypnotic or deeply relaxed state. It is that twilight, groggy state where you are not unconscious and can still control the direction of your thoughts, but you are not fully conscious and alert, either. It's basically when you're half-asleep.
Best time to do SATS is as you’re falling asleep at night.
While in your half asleep state, you affirm yourself to sleep. Repeating affirmations in your head, outloud or lip syncing them.
