The United Nations is quietly building the most powerful censorship regime in human history.
Under the banner of “fighting disinformation” and “hate speech,” UN bureaucrats are drafting global rules to police speech on the internet. Governments around the world are implementing them word-for-word into national law.
The most dangerous of these is UNESCO’s “Guidelines for Digital Platforms.” This document calls on governments and Big Tech companies to adopt centralized global speech codes enforced by unelected regulators approved by the UN.
