Zelensky’s government has announced a plan to replace millions of white Ukrainians with African migrants, as the European country now moves to import black people from Africa.
The head of Vladimir Zelensky’s office, Kyrylo Budanov, announced the plan in a Ukrainian language video earlier in the month.
