Набор производится на специальность - управление в АПК
Высшая школа это молодой аккредитованный Болонской образовательной системой ВУЗ основанный на базе учебно-производственного центра - самое старое и одно из самых престижных учебных заведений Словении в сфере сельского хозяйства. Учебная программа университета имеет болонскую образовательную систему, по которой студенты в течение 3 лет обучения получают 180 кредитов (ECTS) и, защитив диплом, звание бакалавра(1 уровень). При обучении в ВУЗе большой акцент делается на менеджменте, международном праве, энергетике, защите окружающей среды и устойчивом развитии экономики и сельского хозяйства. Кредиты, получаемые в нашем университете могут признаваться по всем ВУЗам Европы, в которых действует Балонская образовательная система.
Проходя обучение у нас бы получите не только полезный багаж прикладных знаний, но и возможность последующего обучения в самых престижных ВУЗах Европы. 1 курс обучения дает студенту 60 кредитов, набрав 45 кредитов студент может переходить на следующий курс обучения. Есть возможность признания производственной практики для получения необходимых кредитов(от 5 до 13 кредитов). Набрав 180 кредитов студенту присваивается звание бакалавра и он имеет право поступать в магистратуру и аспирантуру(2 и 3 уровень по балонской системе).
Поступление проводится на платной основе, возможно дистанционное обучение преимущественно на русском, английском и словенском языках.
Цена обучения 2500 ЕВРО за год и 1500 ЕВРО за семестр.

WHAT MOBILITY ACTIVITES ARE POSSIBLE?
Student Mobility
• A study period in a programme country abroad lasting between 3 and 12 months.
• A traineeship (work placement) abroad lasting between 2 and 12 months.
Students may undertake up to 12 months’ mobility in total per academic cycle (i.e. 12 months during their Bachelor degree). Each 12-month period can consist of any combination of eligible study and/or traineeship mobilities. Additionally recent graduates may be supported to undertake a traineeship but they must be selected by their HEI during their last year of study and the traineeship must take place within 12 months of graduating.
Staff Mobility
• Teaching periods – staff deliver teaching at another HEI abroad.
• Training periods – staff undertake a training event or undergo job shadowing/ observation/ training in a relevant organisation abroad.
Funding can be used to support staff engaged in both HEI teaching and non-teaching roles. Staff mobility activities can last from 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel time. Staff teaching as part of their mobility must complete a minimum of 8 hours’ teaching per week.

CURRICULUM
The first cycle professional degree in Landscape Management lasts for three years (six semesters) and is awarded with 180 ECTS. The programme is formed between common compulsory/required courses (1st, 2nd, 3rd year) and elective courses (2nd and 3rd year). In the fifth semester students choose three of seven modules. Each module includes two modular courses. The sixth semester is intended for writing and defending the undergraduate diploma thesis. Students will perform professional practice in 2nd year.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE STUDY PROCESS
Academic year lasts from 1st October to 30th September next year. It consists of winter and summer semester.
The official language in all courses is Slovene, although in courses the Erasmus students can communicate and work individually with teachers in English. Mixed groups of Erasmus and Slovene students are encouraged when group work is in question.
Each course is valued with ECTS - European Credit Transfer System. 1 ECTS credit is equivalent of approx. 30 working hours. Credits are awarded only when the course has been completed and all required examinations have been successfully taken. Examinations are valued with the Slovenian national grading scale that consists of five grades with numerical equivalents:
10 = excellent (highest grade)
9 = very good, with minor mistakes
8 = very good, sound knowledge
7 = good
6 = sufficient (minimum pass grade)
5-1 = insufficient
BEFORE COMING TO SLOVENIA
EU/EEA citizens can enter Slovenia with a valid ID card (or passport) and then need to register at the Administrative unit if staying for more than 3 months to regulate the residence permit. Citizens of other counties can enter Slovenia with a valid passport, but before coming to Slovenia, they have to get a residence permit for studying in their own country at Slovene or other authorised embassy.
All exchange students must have health insurance during their stay in Slovenia. We advise you to arrange your health insurance in your home country.
LIVING IN NOVO MESTO
There is one dorm for students in vicinity of the college (Sevno 13, 8000 Novo mesto, 00386 41 616 560, www.dom.grm-nm.si).
Novo mesto has two more youth hostels: Youth Hostel Novo mesto (Šegova ulica 115, 8000 Novo mesto, 00 386 31 777 090, novo.mesto@youth-hostel.si) and Hostel Situla (Dilančeva ulica 1, 8000 Novo mesto, 00 386 7 394 20 00, situla@situla.si). If you prefer private accommodation and would like to live in a rented flat look for private rental accommodation.
Novo mesto public transport consists of 5 bus lines that operate from Monday till Saturday form 5am till 8pm. Monthly ticket costs only 9 €. Novo mesto is also connected with other cities in Slovenia with bus and train lines.
All students are eligible for student’s food coupons. There are several restaurants that offer students meal. You can find the list of the restaurants here.
In Novo mesto there are several options for free time activities. There are sports centres Marof, Leon Štukelj, Portovald and Loka, culture centre Janez Trdina and Anton Podbevšek theatre, museums, movie centre Cineplexx, youth centre and pub LokalPatriot and other bars. There are also some festivals like Fotopub (events and workshop of photography) and Jazzinty (festival of jazz music).
