dear people,

in our system (in our energy field) there is a ton of garbage, which comes out of our wrong beliefs, our anger towards someone, it petrified and remained like a stone in our body, our resentments, our jealousy, all that bad - from which we did not manage to get sick, but it prevents us from rising and being what we really are - we are beings of light, who are in a physical body... we are in fact a hologram...
and that's why... if anything hinders us in life, if we don't progress, we don't have what we want (everyone can have anything they want in life - there are no limits because everything is possible) - then it means that we have garbage in us that we need to clean... 🙂

REMEMBER... IT'S NOT THE ENVIRONMENT THAT IS EVIL, BUT WE HAVE THAT IN US THAT PREVENTS US FROM PROGRESSING AND GETTING WHAT WE WANT...

And that's why we have to clean, clean, clean ourselves...

I think the ho'oponono technique (short for "hops") is the easiest way to clean... we should remember the story of dr. Len, who healed an entire ward of aggressive mental patients in a hospital in Hawaii by having their files and repeating the words: "Thank you. Please forgive me. I'm sorry. I love you."
In half a year, they closed that part of the hospital, because all the patients were cured and went home.
We have all lived many, many times and have in our system the memory of wars, betrayals, poverty, difficult conditions, imprisonment, killing, unhappy love, persecution, etc., etc.
We need to clean it all up. 🙂

If we rise to 5th Dimension, then we have to cleanse jealousy, envy, crime, hatred and all those low emotions from our body... Why do we need jealousy and envy? There is enough of everything in the world for everyone, and in the new world we will have money, lovers and we will do what we came here for.
The one who has these difficult emotions inside is the one who stays in 3rd Dimension!
WE NEED TO FORGIVE EVERYONE! NOT FOR THEM, FOR US!
