V spomin na velikega mojstra, ki se je poslovil 12. sušca.
Terry Pratchett je ena od tistih štirih oseb, ki so zaslužne, da je Gorazd postal ilustrator. V malce več kot zadnjem letu so zemeljsko razsežnost zapustile tri.
Spomnim se, kako sva že med nosečnostjo skupaj prebirala z njegovimi ilustracijami obogatene Kamionarje, Kopače in Krila. Spomnim se, kako je potem nekega dne ta dela bral najinemu sinu.
Čutim, kako bomo sedaj te knjige s police jemali s posebno posvečenostjo, kot da bi se vsakokrat znova povezali s tem velikim človekom.
In memoriam: Sir Terry Pratchett
Terry Pratchett is one of those four persons directly responsible for Gorazd's decision to embark upon the path of an illustrator. Over slightly more than a year now, three of these special people left this Earthly dimension of existence.
I well remember how Gorazd and I read Truckers, Diggers and Wings, all beautifully enriched with Gorazd's drawings, during my pregnancy. I well remember how Gorazd read all the three books to our son several years ago now.
From now on, I feel, we will be taking these books from the shelf with reverence, each time feeling the bond with a special master and human being who breathed life into them.
